LOW BACK PAIN; HOW TO CONQUER IT FOREVER?


Almost everyone experience low back pain at some point in their lives. It can occur due to variety of reasons. However different ways for conquering low back pain are as follows;


·         Limit Bed Rest

People with short-term low-back pain and rest feel more pain and have a harder time with their daily tasks than those who stay active. For conquering low back pain patients should avoid more than three days of bed rest.

·         Keep Exercising

Activity is often the best way of conquering low back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be helpful. However try to stay away from strenuous activities and avoid every motion caused the pain in the first place.

·         Maintain Good Posture

Most people have poor posture when it comes to their daily life activities; putting unnecessary strain on their backs adds pressure. You may also increase the pressure on your back by 50% by simply leaning over the sink incorrectly while brushing your teeth. Keeping the right amount of curvature in the back takes pressure off the nerves and will help to reduce back pain.

·         Strengthen Your Core

Most people with chronic back pain would prefer as they benefits from stronger abdominal muscles as conquering low back pain. Other areas pick up the slack if the abdominal are weak. Strengthen the abdominals often reduces the strain on the lower back.

·         Improve Flexibility

·         Apply Ice and Heat

But it is difficult to say whether ice or heat is more beneficial. Patients should use whichever they find comfortable as long as their skin is protected.

·         Sleep the Right Way

The amount of rest you get is important but the position you get it in is more important for conquering low back pain. Sleeping on a mattress without support and with bad position can cause back pain.

·         Quit Smoking

Lighting up doesn’t only damage your lungs but it can also hurt your back.

A recently published study found that current and former smokers are more likely to have back pain when compared with people who have never smoked.
